The industrial jacketed kettle with agitator consists of two layers. The inner pot is typically made of SUS304 stainless steel to ensure food safety and corrosion resistance. The outer pot encloses the inner pot, forming a jacketed space for the introduction of heat transfer media such as steam or heat transfer oil.
